How long does shipping take within India?
We offer express shipping across India. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days for metro cities and 5-7 business days for other regions.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI payments via Google Pay or PhonePe, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.
How do I find the right size for me?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing it to our chart, as our fits range from slim to oversized.
Are the colors of the products accurate to what I see on screen?
We strive for maximum accuracy, but slight color variations may occur due to different screen calibrations and studio lighting. We ensure our photos represent the true fabric color as closely as possible.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Neurogum India only ships within the Indian subcontinent. We are working on expanding our logistics to serve global customers soon.
